1. The GUJI
ZONE HIGH COURT has budget to be used for the procurement of ADDITIONAL WORKS
(FENCE, GUARD HOUSE, DRY LATRINE SITE W0RK & SITE SANITARY) FOR GUJI ZONE
HIGH COURT OFFICES.
2. The GUJI ZONE
HIGH COURT now invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders of contractors for furnishing the necessary labor, equipment
& services for the construction of ADDITIONAL WORKS (FENCE, GUARD HOUSE, DRY LATRINE, SITE WORK & SITE SANITARY) FOR GUJI ZONE HIGH COURT OFFICE .
3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering process
contained in a public procurement proclamation of the federal government of
Ethiopia is open to all eligible
bidders.
4. Intended
eligible bidders may obtain further information from GUJI ZONE HIGH COURT and
inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from
8:30AM-5:30PM.
5. Complete
set of bidding documents will be purchased by interested bidders on submission
of a written application & copy of original VAT registration certificate
ministry of works & urban development registration certificate & trade
license, at address stated below 7(b) on payment of non-refundable fee 150
birr.
6. Bides must
be delivered to the address below 7 (c) before 10AM. All bides shall be valid for a
period of 90 days after opening and must
be accompanied by a bid security of 75,000 birr in the form of /bank
guarantee or c.p.o/ and shall be valid for 28 days beyond validity of the bid.
Bids will be opened in the bidders /representatives/ who choose to attend at
the address stated below at 7(d). late bides shall be rejected.
7. (a)
documents can be inspect at GUJI ZONE HIGH COURTS office No B-51E Tel 0464450412 or 0464450413P.O.Box 83 (b) documents can be purchased from:- GUJI zone
HIGH COURTS office No B-51E starting from the first data notice viewed on the
newspaper during office working Hours through Monday to Friday.

(d )

the same date of Bid submission.
(e) The
bidders shall seal and submit all bid security and financial offers
independently /separately/ i.e. (financial offer and bid security) in one outer
envelope, duly marking the inner envelops as “original” and “copies” financial
offer, copy documents should be photo copy of original bid document.
The
employer has the right to accept or reject any or all bids without giving any
reason.
